On the 23rd of July 2020, Mr. Chiridacha Phungsunthorn shared his experience and insight on ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and energy investment at Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC). Mr. Chiridacha emphasized importance and impacts of an arbitration process and its enforcement on bankability of an energy project. Importantly, he provided an analysis on ability of an arbitration process in serving as a safeguard against political risks associated with energy projects.

Decha&Co shared knowledge of the proper IT security safeguard for PDPA to Veranda Resort employees. The session is part of Introduction to PDPA and workshop conducted by Dr.Piti Eiamchamroonlarp , Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University which aimed to make awareness of PDPA to be enforced by May 2020 and preparing organization to comply with PDPA before then.

Decha & Co Limited has advised Sahakol Equipment Public Company Limited to sign an MOU with Golden Lake Co., Ltd., its Myanmar partner, for joint development and operation of the Mai Khot coal mine in Shan State, Myanmar. Both parties initially invested in an amount of 300 million Baht to set up a joint venture company, Mai Khot Coal Co., Ltd., in which Sahakol holds 70% shares and Golden Lake 30% shares.

30 April 2019 - Decha & Co (Myanmar) Limited has successfully structured and closed the deal of the Paytaw Village Fund Project which is the model project for local community development of modern farm throughout Myanmar. This project is financed by Ayeyarwaddy Bank Co., Ltd. with collaboration of Myanmar C.P. Livestock Co., Ltd. and the Myanmar government. Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, U Thaung Tun, has witnessed the signing ceremony of this deal.

Chiridacha was invited to share practical experience in energy investment and mitigation of political risks in ASEAN countries at the international conference: "Carbon Markets and the Electricity Sector - Issues, Opportunities, and Priorities for East Asia", held in Bangkok. The conference was co-organized by International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP), Chinese University of Hong Kong CUHK, National University Singapore (NUS), Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and The Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO)

19 November 2018 - Decha & Co (Myanmar) Limited was appointed the advisor to Betagro Public Company Limited in its first commercial entry into Myanmar market. It has entered into the joint venture agreement with Shwe Me Co., Ltd. for an investment worth USD 18.3 million in the feed mill and breeder farm business in Yangon, Myanmar.

Decha & Co Limited, through Ms. Parichat Thanapatpaiboon and Mr. Pakpoom Vetvitayanuwat, was invited by the Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University to be a special narrator for officials at the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) on the topic of "Laws, rules and regulations for energy business in CLMV countries" on 21 December 2017.
