| On the 23rd of July 2020, Mr. Chiridacha Phungsunthorn shared his experience and insight on ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and energy investment at Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC). Mr. Chiridacha emphasized importance and impacts of an arbitration process and its enforcement on bankability of an energy project. Importantly, he provided an analysis on ability of an arbitration process in serving as a safeguard against political risks associated with energy projects. | |
