| Decha & Co Limited has advised Sahakol Equipment Public Company Limited to sign an MOU with Golden Lake Co., Ltd., its Myanmar partner, for joint development and operation of the Mai Khot coal mine in Shan State, Myanmar. Both parties initially invested in an amount of 300 million Baht to set up a joint venture company, Mai Khot Coal Co., Ltd., in which Sahakol holds 70% shares and Golden Lake 30% shares. | |
